Return & Exchange Policy

At Glow Within Collective, we want you to love every piece you order. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do allow exchanges under the following terms:


No Refunds & No Returns

Refunds are not available. Returns are not accepted. All sales are considered final.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin an exchange, please contact us at glow.within@icloud.com with your order number and exchange request. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, free of stains, odors, or marks, with tags and packaging intact. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Exceptions

Hats are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on hat purchases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-exchangeable.


Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send back their item and for the shipment of the new item. If we made an error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the cost to make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
